Product made from an interesting mix of chili peppers with chocolate, a culinary specialty of the city of Puebla.
Main Uses:
Mole is traditionally served with chicken, it is usually the sauce that bathes it and usually has sesame seeds on top accompanied with rice. However, it is very good with meats and more diluted it is used to bathe tortillas and generate the famous enmoladas.
Spiciness level:
Low It can be further reduced by combining with chocolate (preferably "Granny" style), peanuts or chips.
Instructions:
Dilute with water or chicken broth.
