Whole cooked nopalitos of the "Cambray" type in brine.
The Cambray nopalitos are already cooked, it is suggested to rinse them with plenty of water before use. Mainly it is used to make the delicious "roasted nopalitos" commonly stuffed with cheese and lampreados or to accompany a roasted meat. They are also used for salads, "healthy" juices and for chopping and use in various stews.
Nopal cambray, water, salt, citric acid and 0.1% sodium benzoate as a preservative.
