Green tomatillo (70%), jalapeño pepper (14%), vegetable oil, onion, coriander, white vinegar (water, 5% acetic acid), iodized salt, citric acid, spices (pepper), sodium benzoate, garlic, gum guar, xanthan gum.
Salsa verde as a sauce to flavor various Mexican dishes including tacos, quesadillas, and burritos. As a sauce to make Swiss enchiladas, the traditional green chilaquiles, chicharrón, nopalitos or for various "eggs to taste" such as huevos rancheros, green eggs and divorced eggs.
